The storage and unloading are relatively easy for the granular material with good fluidity.However, for some materials with high viscosity, such as sludge, easy harden materials and loose materials, the weighing and feeding become more difficult which need special equipment to complete.
Our equipment ensures a stable quality of products. Special silos are divided into the following categories:
slide frame sludge silo, live bottom sludge silo, silo discharger and bulk material receiving unit.
Slide frame sludge silo
It is mainly applicable to viscous materials and industrial sludge, municipal sludge, fungus residue, as well as loose materials such as sawdust, etc.
Main characteristics
The blockage is impossible with rectangular or cylindrical silo.
The bottom is driven by a hydraulic sliding frame mechanism to make the material move in one direction with no dead angle of unloading.
The bottom discharge can be selected according to different materials: double spiral, single spiral or discharge port.

Live bottom sludge silo
It is mainly applicable to high viscosity materials and industrial sludge, municipal sludge, fungus residue and other materials with low solid content.
Main characteristics
Pyramid bin and wide discharge port are designed for minimizing the possibility of blockage.
The multiple sets of spiral structure at the bottom, ensure there is no dead angle when unloading.
Silo discharger
It is suitable for storage and unloading of powder materials with certain viscosity, such as dust from dry converter after digestion, magnesite powder, gypsum, fly ash, etc.
Bulk material receiving unit
Mainly applicable to the conveyance and feeding of loose materials, and it has functions of silo and quantitative discharging, such as grain, biomass, different kinds of fiber and uncertain materials such as clay.
