How to control the Stability of Feeding for Briquette Machine
Briquetting technology has the advantages of less investment, quick effect, good sulfur fixation effect, high combustion rate, the low carbon content in ash, reduced fuel cost, reduced production cost, etc. Therefore, it has remarkable economic benefits, environmental protection benefits and social benefits.
The main engine of the briquette machine is powered by electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which provides continuous power for the driving shaft and screw feeding device. Therefore, the electromagnetic speed regulating motor in the main engine of the ball press plays a vital role in the production of the whole briquette machine. This motor is a constant torque AC non-variable speed motor, which has the advantages of wide speed regulating range, speed regulation and sliding, large starting torque, small control power and so on. It is precisely because of this series of advantages that it is used as the power source of the main engine of the briquette machine in production.
It should be noted that the electromagnetic speed regulating motor provides power for the screw feeder of the briquette machine. When the pressing amount of the screw feeder is equal to the material amount required by the host, it can keep a constant feeding pressure to stabilize the pellet quality, but if the feeding amount is too large, the electricity of the feeding device will be overloaded. If the feeding amount is too small, it is impossible to press into briquettes. Therefore, the power control of the briquette machine motor must be controlled in order to improve the briquette forming rate.
