The Urgency of Developing Briquetting Technology
The 21st century is an era of diversified energy structures. The dominant position of coal in the energy consumption structure will not change, and it is estimated that the demand for coal will increase in the next 20 or 30 years. With the large amount of pulverized coal produced by mechanized coal mining, it is imperative to develop briquette technology.
At present, more than 80% of coal resources consumption is directly burned (only 10% is used for cooking, and 6% ~ 7% is used for chemical raw materials), among which the annual coal consumption of civil cooking, heating, industrial boilers, and kilns is over 500Mt. Most of these furnaces and kilns adopt layer combustion mode, which is suitable for burning lump coal. Smokeless lump coal is used as raw material in medium and small ammonia plants, and lump coal is also needed to produce industrial gas in metallurgy, machinery, building materials, and other industries. However, with the improvement of mechanized coal mining, the annual output rate of lump coal decreases year by year. Combined with long-distance transportation, the pulverized coal rate (particle size < 13mm) reaching users is as high as 60% ~ 80%. Resulting in:
(1) The lump coal is in short supply, but the pulverized coal is overstocked, occupying the site, polluting the environment, and having the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion.
(2) The utilization rate of coal resources is low. Industrial furnaces and kilns are forced to burn loose coal, and the combustion technology and equipment are backward, resulting in the average operation rate of industrial boilers being 60% ~ 70% (10% ~ 20% lower than that of other similar boilers). The contradiction between a large amount of pulverized coal backlog and the shortage of lump coal supply is increasing day by day. Developing pulverized coal briquetting industry is an important way to solve the contradiction. It can not only greatly improve the utilization rate of pulverized coal, but also save energy significantly. Compared with burning loose coal, burning briquette in industrial boilers can save coal by 15% ~ 27%, and burning civil briquette can save coal by more than 20%. The thermal efficiency of burning smokeless briquette can be increased from 10% to more than 45% (some as high as 65%), and the reactivity of coal can be increased by about 2 ~ 4 times.
The briquetting machine can be used to press pulverized coal, iron powder, coking coal, aluminum powder, activated carbon, coke powder, and other powders, powder materials, waste materials, and waste residues, which are widely used in refractory materials, power plants, metallurgy, and other industries. The ball pressing machine is used to make molded materials, which are energy-saving and environmentally friendly, convenient for transportation, and improves the utilization rate of waste materials. If the distance between two rollers is too large or too small, it should be adjusted on the four adjusting wires on both sides of the movable shaft and driving wheel. After normal, the mechanical oil should be added to the reducer. Add hydraulic oil into the hydraulic mercury box. Startup and test pressure, and start-up and test production only after it is normal.
Check whether all parts of electrical appliances are normal before starting up, whether the die holes of the two rolls are aligned. If not, open the gear shield and loosen the six screws on the adjustment plate of the passive gear, turn the passive roller forward and backward to align the die holes of the two rolls, and then tighten the screws. First, check whether the electrical appliances work normally and whether the steering of roller and hydraulic mercury is positive. Check the mold hole of two rolls is aligned again, the distance between two rollers should be between 0.4-0.7 mm, it should be adjusted if its too big or too small.
